Weekend workshop
Hollow construction in jewelry making is a method for creating three-dimensional forms without the excess weight typically associated with solid forms. Create complex shapes by sawing, filing, bending, folding, soldering, and texturing.
Design, planning, construction order and execution will be the focus of this workshop. Explore a variety of design options utilizing paper models to aid in problem solving and aesthetics.
Materials
All materials except silver are provided by Alloy and are included in the course fee. You may purchase silver during class time at the current market price or you can choose to bring your own silver.
Please bring a bag lunch.
